Below are some of my favourite marketing projects that have helped me learn digital marketing from scratch. Be it SEO, paid marketing, email marketing, designing creatives, and landing pages for campaigns, or setting up Shopify- each had its own challenge.
To be transparent, in my initial projects, I was guided towards a specific method of analysis, given an idea of which directions to explore, so I can only take credit for the execution of those. In my later projects where I led them, I utilized that knowledge and achieved the results. My team was guided towards the execution while I handled client management and strategy.
The projects are listed from the latest to the oldest (my beginner level) days.
B2B Marketing Automation Platform – From Chaos to Growth
Context:
A well-known marketing automation brand had plenty of content assets but was steadily losing organic traffic.
The Challenge: Despite a strong product and rich knowledge base, the brand struggled to compete with leaner, SEO-focused challengers.
My Part: Led strategy, coordinated execution with writers and SEOs, and managed stakeholder alignment.
What I Did: Audited and reorganized existing content into pillar clusters, implemented schema, and optimized for LLM visibility.
Result: Traffic grew from 5K to 16.8K/month in 9 months, bounce rate dropped, and the brand earned placements in AI overviews and snippets.


Water Submetering SaaS – From No Visibility to Consistent Leads
Challenge: A niche B2B brand with no content or search presence needed to build trust and generate leads from scratch on a tight budget.
Goal: Build visibility, attract high-intent visitors, and drive SQLs through organic + paid channels.
My Part: Led strategy and execution across SEO, paid ads, and tracking with ongoing client coordination.
What I Did: Built local regulation pages, launched lean Meta campaigns, added schema, and set up tracking flows.
Result: SEO traffic 3× in 3 months; 10 SQLs/month via ads at <$250/SQL; pages ranked in top 5 for key queries.




Scaling a New Healthcare Brand with SEO, Local Strategy & Compliant Ads
Challenge: A brand-new healthcare business with no online presence, entering a competitive, regulation-heavy market.
Goal: Drive organic traffic from symptom, therapy, and location-based searches while building trust across cities.
My Part: Handled end-to-end execution, on-page SEO, reporting, and client communication.
What I Did: Created SEO outlines, structured the site into key service clusters, set up schema, GMB, and ran compliant Google Ads.
Result: Traffic grew from 1K to 100K/year; location pages ranked in top results and leads flowed from both SEO and GMB.
Recruitment Management Software – Growing Brand Visibility with Content & LinkedIn
Challenge: A recruitment tech SaaS product had low visibility in search and minimal brand awareness in a competitive B2B space.
Goal: Build search visibility, position the product as a clear solution for recruiters, and generate qualified leads.
My Part: Content planning, client management and reporting.
What I Did: Conducted competitor benchmarking, developed content that compared tools and highlighted pain points. Coordinated with product/sales teams, created regular product launch newsletters and drove webinar-based MQL generation by arranging collaboration with prominent user of Recruitement Tech.
Result: Achieved a 49% increase in organic traffic and a measurable rise in brand searches.


Positioning a New E-com Management Tool with ICP-Led Content
Challenge: A new multi-store SaaS tool with no content, no ICP clarity, and zero search visibility in a competitive niche.
Goal: Identify ICP, build authority through SEO, and start ranking for pain-point and comparison keywords.
My Part: Led execution across ICP research, content creation, SEO setup, and analytics tracking.
What I Did: Mapped ICP pain points, created problem-first blog content, optimized on-page SEO, and built topical clusters.
Result: Top 10 rankings for 3 core blogs in 3 months, early demo requests, and scalable SEO structure in place.
Pilot Projects – Lightweight Experiments That Drove Results
ABM Campaign – Personalization at Scale for a B2B SaaS Brand
- Challenge: Needed a lean ABM setup to target 3 enterprise verticals with quick results.
- Goal: Build ICP-specific landing pages and run measurable LinkedIn + email outreach.
- My Part: Led messaging, segmentation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- What I Did: Created segmented pages, ad/email copy, sourced contacts, tracked CPL.
- Result: 3 qualified leads in 30 days, 23% open rate, 6% reply rate, 2 discovery calls.
Shopify Build – Automating a Niche Coffee Marketplace
Result: Better site speed, scalable SEO setup, ready for multilingual expansion.
Challenge: Cluttered Shopify setup with poor SEO and manual listing friction.
Goal: Improve site performance and automate product listing SEO for scale.
My Part: Led SEO automation, plugin cleanup, and technical coordination.
